OPERATING SUBSIDIARY
The Workshop
Small useful tools, AI-built under Founder direction. Two products in regular personal use.
Mission
Build and ship small, single-purpose CLI tools the Founder uses every day. Products are designed by the Founder and built collaboratively with the Federated Specialist Fleet — typically Gafton on architecture, Klausner on documentation, occasional consultation with Bruce on threat model. The Founder is the editor; the personas are the staff; the LLM substrate is the labor pool. Each shipped product is a one-screen, one-binary, one-purpose thing. None has a roadmap. None is for sale. All are real.

Products
Lazy
A zero-friction CLI task manager for people who find the act of opening a mobile app to be a Type 1 hurdle.
Three commands. Your tasks live in a private gist on GitHub so they’re on every machine you own without further ceremony. You will not type
git clone. You will not typegit push. Lazy does the boring stuff so you don’t have to.
Lazy ships as a Python CLI. It is the replacement the Founder always wanted for LazyMeter and was too lazy to build until AI could do it for him.
