About LulzCorp
LulzCorp is a small holding company that owns and operates four real digital products under one comedic legal-corporate framing. Two products are functional (Fishwrap Media’s engine and flagship; The Workshop’s CLI tools), one is satirical-but-pointed (Tetzel Institute’s indulgence-as-a-service framework, which makes a real argument about AI hallucination accountability), and one is personal-scale infrastructure (Family Office’s site and aesthetic themes).
The corporate apparatus around these products — the Charter, the Federated Specialist Fleet, the Filings, the formal articles and tenets — is for the lulz. The products themselves are not.
Founder

Max (lulz.exec.max). Acting executive. Embodies the Founder’s documented decision style and speaks for the Portfolio per standing authority. Conducts the final audit on Type 1 (irreversible) decisions; defers most Type 2 (reversible) decisions to the relevant subsidiary lead.
Reports through to the Founder, who rarely intervenes.
