• Four operating subsidiaries. Fishwrap Media (engine and flagship publication), Tetzel Institute (Confessional API and public ledger), The Workshop (CLI tools the Founder uses every day), and Family Office (personal site and aesthetic compliance).
• Sixteen registered domains. Categorized by status: nine live (including three Family Office redirects), one in deployment (this site), five planned (the four reserved Clamour cadences plus fishwrap.io), one speculative (fishwrap.me), one held in pure reservation (antifeed.io).
• Nine personnel. The Office of the Consigliere (Max), the President & COO (Matthew), the CTO (Gafton), the Security Wizard (Bruce), the Chief Editor (Klausner), the Persuasion Engineer (Scott), the Editor-in-Chief of Fishwrap Media (Glenn), the Creative Director (Burney), and the Head of HR (Yoda). The corporate website is published under the editorial discipline of Klausner (Chief Editor) and the visual direction of Burney (Creative Director). Klausner has flagged a small number of weasel words for elimination during the publication’s first 90 days; Burney has registered an objection to several aesthetic choices as “the language is correct but the vibe is unwell.” Objections are logged.
